Kristijan Stoiljković

Kristijan Stoiljkovic is an attorney and the founder of STOILJKOVIC LAW.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, where he distinguished himself as one of the top students of his generation. During his studies, he received the Dositeja scholarship and a national scholarship awarded to students with the highest academic achievements.

After graduation, he gained professional experience in renowned corporate law firms, working on matters in corporate, commercial, tax, and IT law. He further specialized through a postgraduate program in tax advisory at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade.

He is particularly focused on legal support for companies, entrepreneurs, the IT sector, foreign founders, and investors doing or planning business in the Republic of Serbia. In his work, he approaches legal risks through the client's business goals and offers clear, practical, and actionable solutions.

After several years in corporate legal practice, he founded STOILJKOVIC LAW together with selected associates to provide modern, responsible, and business-oriented legal support.
