Freelancers: Q3 tax return deadline is 30 October
Individuals earning income from foreign payers (freelancers) must file the PP OPO tax return for income received in July–September by 30 October 2026, and pay the tax and social contributions within the same deadline.
The return is filed electronically via the ePorezi portal. Late filing incurs interest and may result in a fine.
