Founder Biography
Kristijan Stoiljković
Founder and Attorney-at-Law
Kristijan Stoiljkovic is an attorney and the founder of STOILJKOVIC LAW.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, where he distinguished himself as one of the top students of his generation. During his studies, he was awarded the Dositeja scholarship, as well as a state scholarship granted to students with the highest academic achievements.
After graduation, he gained professional experience in renowned corporate law firms, working on matters in corporate, company, commercial, tax, and IT law. He further specialized through a postgraduate program in tax advisory at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade.
He is particularly focused on legal support for companies, entrepreneurs, the IT sector, foreign founders, and investors doing business or planning to do business in the Republic of Serbia. In his work, he approaches legal risks through the client's business objectives, offering clear, practical, and applicable solutions.
After several years of experience in corporate legal practice, together with selected associates he founded STOILJKOVIC LAW, with the idea of providing clients with modern, responsible, and business-oriented legal support.
