Andrija Božidarević

Andrija Bozidarevic is an attorney at Stoiljkovic LAW.

Andrija is primarily focused on legal support in debt collection, enforcement law, and dispute resolution. He advises and represents clients in compulsory collection procedures, enforcement and civil litigation proceedings, and other procedures aimed at efficient protection and realization of client rights.

He gained professional experience by working on representation matters for large systems and companies, as well as smaller business entities, providing legal support in debt collection, protection of business interests, and dispute resolution. His experience includes representation in court and enforcement proceedings, communication with debtors, creditors, and competent authorities, as well as drafting legal documents necessary for efficient case handling.

In addition to representation in collection and dispute matters, Andrija supports companies in daily operations, particularly regarding contractual relations, protection of business interests, and resolution of legal issues arising from business relationships.

Andrija graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, where he gained a strong legal foundation for further professional development in legal practice.

Andrija is fluent in English and Russian.
